Animal People
Animal people (Anthrosapiens) are hybirds of either literal animal parts or animal traits. As explored in the documentary A Hidden World, these species often face extreme prejudice, or otherwise rejection. As to how and why they've been created is a mystery. Most are born from a genetic mutaion, while others allege to have been created as a part of experiments, while still others have simply followed a different evolutionary path. One of the most well known half-breeds are catgirls but all type exist from cats to dogs to birds.
Types
There are many varriations to Anthropeople. One of the most well known being neko others being of such, fox or wolf.
Neko

Nekos as they are well known are people holding characteristics of cats. Most generally will have ears and a tail with no other visable characteristics. However in some rare cases they are more heavily mutated to have a full cat face.
Kitsune

A Kitsune better known as a Foxperson (more commonly girl) have all the attributes of a fox. Much like Neko they only display a few traits. However unlike neko's a Kitsune's tail may be multiplied. While uncommon many go as high as nine tails (The rarest of all). Fox peoples are also known for their sharp hunting skills.
Wolfperson

A wolf person is slightly more rare than a neko or kitsune. Much of this is due to the massextention of wolves around the world. Another reason could many confuse wolfperson, with a Wearwolf. However Wearwolves and Wolfpeople are in two diffrent classes. While a wearwolf is vicious and will likely attack you, wolf person is much like a neko or kitsune they have more human than animal. Much like their Kitsune counterparts they are especially known for their sharp reflexes and great hunting skills.
