Her Imperial, Royal and Apostolic Majesty Grand Archduchess Anne I, Empress of the Hamptonians, born Patricia Anne Sophia Cessar, is daughter of the youngest daughter of a Grand Duke and a celebrated war hero. Anne, as she came to be called, has always in the spotlight of being in the Royal Family. At age two, the Soigacas Terror Attacks all but wiped out the Royal Family she was left, along with her older brother the future Crown Prince Louis Cessar, as the only two members of the House of Pyotr-Hampton besides the Grand Duke himself.

Early Life

At age three Anne was adopted by Grand Duke Reginald Leopold the Great. For the rest of her life she was fiercely devoted to the man she called both father and uncle. Like most Pyotr-Hamptons, the young Princess Anne was a prodigy. By age eight she had mastered four languages and by age fifteen she was enrolled in Hamptonshire's most prestigious university: The Royal Academic Institute. She graduated with an honors degree in Political Science by nineteen, received Masters degrees in Political Theory and International Law before her twenty-first birthday and finished her doctorate in Political Theory at twenty-four.
