Antarctic Altanar

Antarctic Altanar is a crown colony of the United Constitutional Monarchy of Altanar established in 2007. It is currently home to 103 million Altanari citizens and other residents. Officials of the colony are:

Colonial Governor, Crown Colony of Antarctic Altanar

Previous career: Former brigade commander, Royal Altanari Army

Personality: Mercurial and feisty. Notorious for ignoring the "powers-that-be" back in Altanar, at least until they show up with a carrier battle group or something at the colony's port. She's just rude to them at that point.

Cmdr. Arik Kasparan

Colonial Military Commander, Crown Colony of Antarctic Altanar

Age: 36

Height: 5'11"

Weight: 165

Previous career: Training officer, Altanari War College

Personality: Gregarious, friendly, in many ways the exact opposite of his nominal boss, Kerilaka. He does his best to keep her under control and at least showing some respect to her superiors back home.
