Anthony Locke was a philosopher from Brentwood in the nation of South Nashville, in the region of Wysteria. He is known for his seminal work the Treatise on Human Tendency, in which he laid out his observations on human rights, equality, and democracy. Treatise had a profound influence on the framers of the constitutions of South Nashville and Cartesian Praetoria.
