Anti-starship incendiaries

Anti-starship incendiary devices typically work by piercing the armour/hull of a vessel, and infusing a gas- or liquid-state compound or element into the internal environment of the vessel which ignites on contact with oxygen.

Such devices are most effective when the quantity of gas/liquid input exceeds the total quantity of oxygen contained within the environment.

Typically, such an attack is considered anti-personnel; however, if precisely targeted, such a weapon can be used to lethal effect against shipboard equipment as well.
