A region named for a mythical utopia, have recently suffered under the tyrannical war waged by the Holy Emperor Arkatahten. Et in Arcadia ego..."Death is even in Arcadia." But peace has returned to the region.
The official regional currency is the Silver Arca. The Silver Arca promotes and simplifies trade within the region, slthoug it is not necessary that it is implemented in all member states.
