The Ariddian Paralympic Committee (Comité Paralympique Ariddien, C.P.A.) is the governing body which oversees Ariddia's participation in any Paralympic Games, or any other international competitions for athletes with disabilities. It is associated to (but seperate from) the Ariddian Olympic Committee.

Its President is Frédéric Iwo, a former judoka with severe visual impairment (he is almost blind). Mélanie Sandré, a swimmer with a disability, is one of the C.P.A.'s most active spokespersons.

At present, there have never been any Paralympic Games. The C.P.A. was, however, along with the Ariddian Football Association, instrumental in setting up and organising the Blind World Cup.
