The Ariddian Red Star (Etoile Rouge Ariddienne) is a humanitarian organisation run by the Ariddian Ministry of Health. The ARH coordinates activities for humanitarian relief, disaster response, and various forms of help for those in social or medical need. It is the AHR which runs the social institutions in Progress Tower, although they are now mostly symbolic, given that poverty and need have been eradicated in the communist nation.
The organisation is made available to other countries by the Ariddian government, and assists in humanitarian missions abroad. It is affiliated to the International Red Cross Organization.
