Arnold Dier van Skogen is an Adalese politician and was the ninth Federal President of Adal. Van Skogen was in office for three five-year terms 1991-2006. He also served as Prime Minister 2000-2006.

In the Adalese presidential election, April 2006 Arnold Dier van Skogen supported the Christian Democrat Påval Hindenskjöld, who defeated Prime Minister Sonja Burgenstein with a slight two percent marginal.
