His Imperial and Infallible Majesty, Taro Atan empresinno im-Bashi, By the Grace of Heaven, Empreror of Greater Tomania, the 125th Immaculate Sovereign of the Imperium, seated on the Golden Throne occupied by the most serene im-Bashi Dynasty changeless through ages eternal, Patriarch of the im-Bashi Family, the King of Light, the Keeper of the Holy Mandate, Protector of the Imperial Seal, Divine Lord of Imladris and Gondolin, Empreror of Upper and Lower Tomania, of Númenor, of Aman, of Avanthar, Autocrat of Beleriand, of Ithilien, of the Lindons, of Arthendien, Sovereign of the Falases, of Emerië, God of Life, the Son of Heaven, the Emperor and Supreme Autocrat of all the Tomanias.


Emperor Atan, relatively stayed out of politics. He was a very scandalous emperor having many illegitimate children. He had only one child with his wife, Arsinowe, the now, empress, Ishtar. The only time he entered into the political realm of the empire is when the Ardatomani party fell from power, and with the rise of the Marduuk, Atan publicly gave his support to the Marduuk.
