Auctor Lucia is a member of the 16-person law enforcement group known as the Auctoritas. Before her appointment to the Auctoritas, Lucia was a motorcycle mechanic and still uses her knowledge of engines when she works. Although proficient with firearms, she prefers to use knives or other "silent, concealable" weaponry. Lucia is often known to use her sex appeal to locate or apprehend fugitives. This method has been criticized somewhat by other Auctors, but is nonetheless effective.
