About Ausserland
The Principality of Ausserland is a constitutional monarchy with governance shared between the reigning Prince or Princess and the Senate of Ausserland. Two Provinces,Oldwillow and Zhaladmard, have substantial autonomy in dealing with local affairs. Slightly more than 94% of the people of Ausserland are members of the ancient and honorable race of dwarves. Late last year, Ausserland accepted responsibility for the defense and international relations of an island nation, the Protectorate of Wailele Island.

Ausserland's UN delegation plays a very active role in the organization. To date, the delegation has co-authored four NSUN resolutions: "Diplomatic Immunity", "Marriage Protection Act", "UN Copyright Convention", and "Healthcare Certification".
