The title adopted by Titus Drax six years after ousting President Jacobi as ruler of Hypocria. Rumours that he adopted his new title solely to impress the Lord Protectors, Emperors, Chairmen and Life Presidents that made up the Strategic Alliance of Autocratic States are likely to remain unconfirmed. It remains the official title of the ruler of the nation, a position currently occupied by Andrius Vyntra.
