The Imperial Capital-Axt

The Imperial Province of Axt is the capital of the Axt Empire in the lands of the United Isle.We are a small nation compared to most but among the isles we are a major power.We are located to the east,and are defended by the "Concrete Curtain" our concrete defensable border.Our lands are peaceful and tranquil,with many forests,rivers and lakes running throughout the empire. In between the tranquil natural lands,our citys are bustling with industy,for which all citizens can get a job,wether from being a simple gas station pumpboy,all the way to a CEO of a major business. Population:348 million

Imperial Province of Muskatblute

The soverign nation of Muskatblute(German for Mace) is similar in style to Axt,however is more lush with natural wonders than manmade. There are only a few cities,most of which are located along the gulf. Most of the industry is in auto manufacturing,ensuring the Axt Empire gets homemade cars. Population:292 million

Imperial Province of Besetzt

The nation of Besetzt(German for Occupied) is a nation with only one city,its capital and the rest is either beautiful country,or small villages. Most people either make there trade by mining in the vast uranium mines,or by making crafts or lumber working.Besetzt is renowned around the world for its various crafts,like pots,baskets,and glasswork. Population:147 million

Imperial Province of Kette

The Nation of Kette(German for Chain) is a chain of 3 major islands,and many other mini ones. The Main island,Insel,contains the capital,and most of the towns. The island is renowned for its fishing,salt and fresh,and is the United Isle main exporter of fish.Most people live either along rivers,oceans or lakes for most people fish. Population:147 million

Imperial Province of Eastern Verzandia

The Nation of Eastern Verzandia is a section of land on the island of Verzandia. After a major civil war,The Scotland Isle and the Empire landed and retook control of the island. The Scotland Isle took the north and West,while the Empire took the East and South.The Island also is returning to its former government,however the President resents The Scotland Isle and the Empire,so he ordered his soldiers to fight to the death to liberate the Isle. The nation is mostly forests.

Imperial Province of South Ledsham

The Nation of South Ledsham suffered the same fate as Verzandia,a civil war wipped out 75% of the population,so Axt and the Scot Isle retook the nation. The north belongs to the Scots,and the South to Axt. With the nation close to Axt,they share the same culture and geogrophy. It is the breadbasket of the empire.

Culture

The people of Axt have adopted a German Culture.Citizens always love freetime,most of the time they shop,relax or go to one of the various recretation areas. Many people in there free time either play games,paint,write,and much more.

Citizens love sports and there plenty of them.Hockey,Rugby,Baseball,Football are all popular. On most weekends,there is at least one sporting event in the various stadiums in the empire.

Relgion is also incredibly important,in every city and town theres at least one church,synagoge,mosque and temple.75% of Axtians are faithful Cristians,with 55% Baptist and 20% Catholic,10% are of the Jewish faith,5% are of the Muslim faith,3% are Buddists,and the other 2% are of various other religons.

Axtian cuisine varies in regions.Those along water areas paticularly love fish products,with freshwater caught in lakes,rivers and ponds,and saltwater caught in oceans and gulfs. Pork,Beef,and farmraised crops are loved in the south for its bounty of farmland.In the north,people often eat grain foods,like pasta and bread.

Government

The goverment of Axt is a controled monarchy with the monarch being the current Kaiser.Citizens are relativly unoppresed in there daily lives. Our nation is led by the great Kaiser von Axt,who currently is Allgemein II,son of the first Kaiser Allgemein. The government mainly focuses on orders of Law,Defence,and Religion.There is only one politcal party,Axtian,which is led by the Kaiser,which is hereditary.

Noble Faimly Houses

Instead of a parlament or congress,Axt has Noble Faimlies,who are descendants of the original three faimlys that traveled with Josser Bonecrusher

Foreign Diplomacy

The Empire of Axt maintains a strong alliance with The Scotland Isle as well as Lunar Suns. The Empire is stable,and no one considers each other different. The Empire has incredibly bad relations with the Commonwelth of Sopot,the Ledsham Liberation Front,and the new Verzandian Government.

Geography

The lands of Axt,Muskatblute,and Besetzt are covered in lush forests,winding rivers,and large lakes.In additon to the natural beauty,Axts citys are designed in a unique architecture that combines old style brick/mortar homes with modern steel and concrete,giving it an old style feel.In between the beautiful natural and man-made beauty,fields dot the many spaces of unoccupied Axt,with tiny villages and communites in them.

The Great Forest

The Great forest is the largest forest in the United Isle,it spreads from the western edge of Subeta,down the Akshan River. It is renowned for its beauty and vast amounts of wild game,so it is a popular spot for hunters.

Climate

Being north of England,The Axt Empire has mild summers and cold winters,usually 71 degrees Fareinheit in summer,and around 25-11 degrees Fareinheit in winter. Rarely,winter tempetures plummet to -10 degrees. Most of the year,sunny with some mild showers in fall,winter and spring, in summer daily showers.

Natural Resources

Our lands are rich in natural resources for trading or to use at home.

• In the north of Axt,lumber,fish are the primary export
• In the south,there are plenty of farmland,so farming is popular here
• On the interconnecting borders of Axt,Besetzt and Muskatblute in the forests,there is plenty of uranium
• In Muskatblute,many people make there trade by mining in the various iron,coal and diamond mines
• In Besetzt,most people are craftsman who find there materials locally
• In Kette,saltwater and freshwater fishing thrives

Military

Our military is highly based on the German Army. Our military is highly devout and will never surrender, if overrun they will fight to the death of commit suicide.During training,soldiers are given the best training on the planet,and are toughend not to fall for propaganda and lies that our enemies will use,they are forced to complete obstacle courses with bullets being shot above there heads and learn to evade a tank trying to run over them.

Statistics

Recruiting

All soldiers of the Axt Armed Forces must be a limit of 15 years old,and have at least one son to carry on the faimly name.During training,recruits must go on a 6 month training course for every situation possible,the training is often more deadly than the battlefields they will face. Axt citizens can sign up at any recruiting station,Muskatblute,Besetzt,Kette,and Eastern Verzandian citizens are conscripted. All soldiers must serve for a mininum of 2 years.

History of the Axt Empire

Axt's discovery is not well known,but most scholars date the discovery to 821 A.D.

The Beginning

The first known settlers of Axt,were vikings under the command of Jarl Josser Bonecrusher. The Vikings set up trade posts,towns,and even the first true Viking city,where the modern day capital stands. On March 15,1288, British forces under Commadant Mark Mcallar landed 15,000 British Soldiers on Axt's beaches,in one week,15 out of 32 viking villages were burned to rubble,seeing there people slaughterd,the Vikings led all children and women to evacuation ships ships,with some men to guard them. In the end no Viking warrior lived,and the Britsh took the cities for themselves.

Oppresion

After years of oppresion,the nearby Scotland Isle revolted and drove out the British in 1328,however this would not last too long. On July 19,1789 Axtians recived the first report of revolution in the Americas(at this time peace was established) and Axtians took up arms to strike at the weakend British,with bitter cold and well trained British troops hammering the Axtians,Germany assists in revolutions,giving axtians newer weaponry and training. After years of conflict,on December 11,1798 the last Bitish soldier stepped off Axt's shores and freedom was established,however peace would not last long.

Axtian Civil War

A year after no leader could be established and the 3 faimlies turned to war. Tne war lasted six years,however the Faimly Shalan took the regins of Axt,and the kingdom was established on September 12,1898. On November 12,1901 Allgemin Shalan took control of Axt,and declared war on neighboring Muskatblute,Besetzt,and Kette, within a year these nations fell and the First Reich was declared.

Axt in WW1 and Post War

However Axt would be called upon to repay the favor the Germans gave them in the War of Independence. The Axtians would launch an attack on Nichterobert, who sided with the French in World War 1. After years of conflict on Nichterobert the war was over,and Axt fell back with pride however,they wanted to strike them,not conquer.On July 12,1931 Kaiser Allegmien Shalan died in his sleep at the age of 75,his son and heir Allegmein Shalan assumed the throne at age 25,and in his fathers memory he declared it Kaiser Day,a day of rememberance of all Axtian Kaisers.

Axt in WW2

In 1939,the world went to war again,aganst Germany yet again. Only this time,Axt decided to stay out of the conflict,primarly because there German allies went aganst there beliefs. With the rise of Hitler,the Axtians withdrew there alliance,claming Hitler to be a "Evil leader without remorese for human life". Eventually however,German Bombers would strike the capital and Axt began special raids within Germany.During Operation:Overlord,the invasion of the French Coast,15,000 Axtian Soldiers hit the N.W coast of France.
