The Kaiser/ins of Axt are the heads of The Axt Empire,in its history there have only been two,Kaiser Allegmein and his son,Kaiser von Axt Allegmein II. The title of Kaiser/in is hereditary to the first born of the former Kaiser/in of Shalan,should the former Kaiser/in not have a son,then the title will be passed to his daughter.
