The Kaiser/ins of Axt are the heads of the Empire of Axt,in its history there have only been two,Kaiser Allegmein and his son,Grand Kaiser von Axt Allegmein II. The title of Kaiser/in is hereditary to the first born of the former Kaiser/in of Shalan,should the former Kaiser/in not have a son,then the title will be passed to his daughter.
