Biography
Azotochtli was born to Adam Tockett, a poor shoemaker, and Maria Ramirez, a milkmaid. His parents named him Adam Jr. and he was raised on a life of penury in the town of Agger. His life growing up was a hard one and his parents couldn't even afford to send him to school. One fateful day, however, an Illuminati raiding party invaded his village. Mr. Tockett tried to protect his 17-year-old son and his beautiful wife, but a fanatic killed him. Adam Jr.'s mother was taken prisoner and the Illuminati left, leaving behind them a ghost town. All but three of the natives had been killed or captured. Adam Jr., together with his two friends Caer Lupin and Gelu Lucius, left Agger to hunt down the Illuminati.

Adam, Caer, and Gelu traveled from the village that they had called home for their entire lives and headed for the capital city of Titania Assault, Xenarthra. There they all joined the Army of Titans to help fight their region's enemies and hopefully pay back the Illuminati. All three young men moved quickly through the ranks and soon they all stood ready to take positions as officers in the Army of Titans.

But right at the end of their training, the democracy of Titania Assault was overthrown and a dictator rose to power. Adam, Caer, and Gelu were all asked to pledge their loyalty to Emperor Xiphias and they agreed. The three generals were then sent off to their first campaign, the invasion of TEAL.

Caer Lupin's army, Den Caedo, was sent in first to scout around the region and report back to Adam Jr., who was the strike team leader. When Den Caedo arrived in TEAL, however, they were greeted by a deserted capital city. Runners carried the message to Adam Jr. and his army, Aether, along with that of Gelu Lucius's army, Flos Robur, seized the capital without any opposition. Setting up a temporary headquarters in TEAL, Adam Jr. sent a messenger to Emperor Xiphias about the victory. Within a matter of days, the messenger returned with startling news: the Emperor had died! Leaving one of his commanding officers in charge of TEAL, Adam Jr. quickly returned to Xenarthra to pay his respects. At the funeral, Empress Pronuba startled the assembled by announcing that her late husband had asked Adam Jr. to take his place! Adam accepted and began to rework his newfound Empire into something to be feared.

The first action that Adam Jr. took was to change his name to something less plain than his birth name. He donned the moniker Azotochtli and prepared another invasion. He promoted Caer Lupin to Warlord General and made Den Caedo into Caer's elitist division of cloodthirsty and ruthless warriors. He offered the same to Gelu Lucius, but Gelu declined the offer. Wanting something more political than military power, Gelu requested that he become the head of the economic advisors that the Emperor employed. Azotochtli granted this request and promoted his longtime friend to the positions of Trade Baron and Director of Census. The next target, chosen by Caer, was set as FrostCloud.

Just before the raiding party set out, an ambassador arrived breathless at the palace gates. It was an emissary from the Peculiar Rodents Alliance requesting urgent military aid in the 1st of may revolutionary front. Azotochtli agreed to help and personally led Aether into battle. Den Caedo proved their worth on the battlefield and the capital was seized. After instating a PRA representative in the capital, Azotochtli immediately turned his attention to FrostCloud once more. Den Caedo charged right in and took out many defenses, but in an interesting turn of events, it was Flos Robur that held the capital in a siege by the end of the first day of battle. After collecting his officers around him and organizing things a little better, Azotochtli strolled into the capital and easily wrestled power from the previous delegate. Yet another colony of the glorious Empire had been annexed!

The next colonization was Zamboni. Zamboni was a beautiful region filled with exotic plants, interesting animals, and large cities of technologically advanced citizens. In fact, its populace was so wrapped up in its technological advancements that no one noticed Den Caedo marching side-by-side with Aether into the capital city until it was too late. The natives protested but Azotochtli held the delegacy and added another colony to his ever-expanding Empire. His confidence was slightly lessened when he arrived back at Xenarthra however.

On his desk was a message from the Governors of FrostCloud, Perchiks Hideaway, and TA Puppet Region. FrostCloud had languished under the control of Titania Assault and the capital was turned over to the natives once again. Perchiks Hideaway and TA Puppet Region asked if they could move their entire population into the borders of the Empire. Azotochtli, after discussing matters with his officers and economists, granted both regions access to the Empire.

Months passed by without any amazing turns of events, but then Gelu Lucius approached the Emperor and turned in his resignation as the Trade Baron of Titania Assault. Azotochtli scrambled to find a responsible invidual to replace such a phenomenal figure, and the Autocrat of Jabberwock Inc, Bandersnatch, eagerly stepped forward. The Emperor granted the title of Trade Baron on the nation's autocrat as well as giving him a small amount of grendels to begin a profitable trade route. The new Baron took this money and constructed Villa Caupo on the border between The Imperium and Titania Assault. Although still wary of the wisdom of his decision, Azotochtli allowed the Baron to keep his title. The subsequent resignation of his Chancellor of State left him attempting to find a replacement yet again.
