The previous emperor of the Galactic Empire of the Planet Jurai and father to Ayeka Jurai and Sasami Jurai, Azusa mysteriously disappeared along with his two wives – Funaho Jurai and Misaki Jurai, during their diplomatic trip to a neigboring galaxy. All three are believed to be dead, and it is also widely believed that infamous Kagato is behind their deaths.
Azusa's spaceship was Kirito, a first generation Space Tree. Kirito's fate is every bit as uncertain as that of her captain.
