News Five (and its French equivalent OFD Monde or BSA World) is a Liverpool England Organisation Fédérale de Diffusion-run international news channel. Launched on June 1, 2140, originally as a national news channel, News Five is free-to-air in Liverpool England and available on cable elsewhere. It is funded by the Liverpool England government (75%), fundraising activities (10%), television fees (10%) and private donations (5%). Its slogan, adopted in 2142, is "Your world, your news."
