Julian d'Yseult is man forever being snubbed by high society for being from the wild fringe of the country, Julian has managed to put aside his bitterness and focus on more important matters. With his county capital of Aristiden being the only port on the north coast (excluding Freeport), Julian has taken advantage of his excellent position to invest himself in international trade. He has amassed considerable wealth from the location of his city as a stopover point on routes north and south and the home of the Chiraz Sea Squadron of His Majesty's Fleet. He has also been responsible for being population of the Laatzienne, through the use of indentured servants.
A principal investor in the Chiraz Sea Company, Julian was overjoyed at the discovery of new lands in the east, as Aristiden is the best port for oceanic travel.
