There were several tribe associations which needed to be managed, so the chiefs of all tribes came together and conferred. After just a few years, at such a conference the chiefs decided to vote master chief who should govern all tribes equal. The master chief '''Tali Gara''' united all areas of the mejoritian tribes and gave it once more the name Mejortiti. This founding of that nation is now more than 1000 years ago and other nations were founded, just like on earth.
