Bausin
Really a large town, Bausin is renowned as a the intellectual and artistic center of Sicinia Salis. You cannot stop in one of its many sidewalk cafes and not overhear people debating science and philosophy, or see artists painting the street scene in front of them. Bausin is the location of Sicinia's largest artist colony, the Grauchard.
Like Ecole de Mer, Bausin is dominated by its college, the University of Bausin. It boasts an excellent school of Medicine and business.
