Benjamin Qiro was the Secretary of State (abbreviated as SecState) of Ceorana from 2032 to 2046. Along with then-Ceoranan President Björn Cooper, Jr., he was in charge of representing Ceorana abroad. He was also Ceorana's de facto United Nations ambassador, although most of the actual representation to the United Nations was done by his UN Officer, Robert Bobson.

Background

Qiro was born in Agriqo, Ceorana on May 17, 1991 to a poor family of mango farmers. Qiro proved to be excellent at relationships with other people, so he was appointed as his families business representative to trade mangoes for other foods. When he grew up, he sought work as a salesperson, and was fairly successful. After the Ceorana Revolution, he was appointed the Secretary of State of Ceorana by Björn Cooper, Jr.
