Berethauth means "Wives of War" in Sindarin. It is a selected and highly trained group of female warriors that guards and protects the Everqueen's best interests, both inside and outside the country of Aelosia.
Although they were never deployed in battle as a regiment, they already have an outstanding fame amongst the Aelosian armed forces. They are used mostly as infiltrators, spies, and assassins, although no reports of their actions exist.
