World Factbook Entry: A region comprised of countries headed by members of an elite and mysterious guild, founded millennia ago, in a galaxy light years from our own, on a planet called Rori. Perhaps the leaders of the regional powers convene in secret meetings deep beneath the floor of the ocean in a hidden bunker to decide the fate of their citizens, or maybe they plot against each other from their monolithic government palaces. All states in this region are greatly diverse, ranging from the Corrupt Dictatorship of the Empire of Carebril, to the Left-Leaning College State of the Most Serene Republic of Nubria.
