Home to the Ol' Booze beverage!

If there's anything Bloupaarl is proud of, let it be the most alcoholic drink ever produced in Guffingford. The city itself was founded at the dawn of the 17th century by a combination of Dutch and German settlers who wanted to live in a city in total peace and tranquility. The founders achieved this until diamonds and gold were discovered near the city not long thereafter. Today the (already declining) mines around Bloupaarl yield not as much as the earliest findings, but new lucky findings still reach the newspapers.

Bloupaarl is stuffed with the most magnificent Dutch and German colonial architecture. The best examples are the Rathaus [Cityhall], Die Neerlanse Huyze [The Dutch Homes] and the famous Duytsch-Neerlans Vry Gasthuys [German-Dutch Free Hospital]. Bloupaarl attracts many tourists from all parts of Guffingford. It borders Zarbia, it's also a very popular place for local smuggling operations. Bloupaarl is also a place for the ill because of the very relaxed atmosphere and cleanest air of Guffingford.
