Brenda Levin is a constable in the city of Naoley, Wintermore. She was born in rural Wintermore and lived with her parents on their farm until she reached the age of eighteen. She attended the Wintermore Police Academy and graduated with honors in 1993. She spent several years working as a security guard before becoming a full constable of the Naoley Constabulary.
Levin is noted for her tough, no nonsense attitude towards crime. Levin has been known to throw the book at minor offenders who other constables usually let off with a simple warning. She has been commended by her superiors for her dedication but has often created strained relationships with the citizenry.
