Briskeby BK is a fotball (soccer) club in the Green People's Republic of Gnejs. It is native to the town of Briskeby in the northern parts of the province of Birka. Briskeby is a "soccer city", with the Raconteurs as the towns pride and joy. The team has a huge fan base, not only within the city but also in the northern parts of Birka. Apart from their outstanding achivements within Allgnejsan, Briskeby BK is also known for their very sucessfull youth section, where young people from all over Gnejs participates. A big part of the teams current squad are products of the Briskeby BK youth section, but this season presents a very interesting newcomer. The Raconteurs is one of the teams who have managed to contract a foreign player to their squad. 24 year old forward Avûnàî Osàrno from Antrium has joined the club, and many experts think Osàrnos arrival makes Briskeby BK an even bigger contester for the 2007 championship.

The Raconteurs are the defending champions of the first division.

History

Briskeby BK was founded in 1915 by a group of friends in the town of Briskeby. Originally it was a small organisation with few members and no empolyess, but today the club is one of the biggest employers in Briskeby and have one of the highest member counts in all of Gnejs. The team has won Allgnejsan 6 times since it´s foundation in 1920.
