Bruno Isenguarde Holst was born on October 10, 1905 in Manton Springs, Popeleoma Del Signe and died on February 29 1964. He served in the Duma at age 25 and after Harlan Manshevik's stepping down, he put himself in contest for the position and won the support of the Centralists.
