The Byzantine Union Charter was drafted by Apollopoli in preliminary discussions with ---- in the creation of the failed Byzantine Union. The preamble to the charter is as follows:

"We, the nations of the Byzantine Union, are united in our commonality of our ancestors, our history, and our geographical origins under the historic Byzantine Empire. Our goal is to ensure our solidarity. The solidarity produced from our commonality allows us to combine efforts on a multilateral scale to allow for collective peace and stability throughout the union. "
