Cíaran Heldacarite, is the Governor-Consul-General of the Imperial Province of Tumatomanya. He was appointed to his post during the first Party Congress in 1977. He retained his position as the Governor sine then.
Governor Heldacarite joined the Marduuk faction at the beginning of the Civil War, he was been a strong advocate for the Party and has insured that Tumatomanya remains economically, politically strong as well was loyal to Crown and Empire.
