Combat Operational Ballistics and Revolutionary Armaments
The worker-owned and operated syndicate, Combat Operational Ballistics and Revolutionary Armaments (or COBRA for short) produces military hardware in Hydrarchia. Due to their efforts Jatimatic, Franchi SPAS-15, and Springfield XD clones are ubiquitous in that nation. They have made signifigant improvements in bio-diesel outboard motors, hydrofoil, hovercraft, and propeller propulsion advancements, as well as magnetohydrodynamic drives for use in short range high speed aquatic sleds. The naval vessels produced by COBRA emphasize speed and/ or stealth. The following lists some of the better known:
