Army aviation refers to that part of the CDF Air Service assets under the operation control of the CDF Land Service. The Community Defence Forces raise one Army Air Corps for every wave of one hundred million population in Sober Thought.

Each corps serves under the operational command of the field army of the Land Service. This corps has a slightly different mix of squadrons than is typical of real world army air corps because unite all environments. Thus, airlift and fixed-wing close support squadrons are included as well.

Field Army Air Group

Heavy Assault Wing

  • Headquarters Squadron

three to five squadrons of TG-40, G-8 or FG-1

Utility Wing

  • Headquarters Squadron

Unlike the other Wings in this Corps, the composition of the Utility Wing is essentially fixed at one squadron each of FR-1, BE, TL-62 and RE-78 aircraft.

Transport Wing

  • Headquarters Squadron

three to five squadrons T-40, HT-55 and HU

Field Corps Air Division

  • Headquarters Squadron
  • Administration Squadron

Corps Air Wing

  • Headquarters Squadron

one FR-1, and two to four transport or ground support squadrons

Field Division Air Wing

  • Headquarters Squadron

three to five squadrons per division of ground support or transport squadrons
