Club de Fútbol Caballos Salvajes de Montaura is a Vassfforcian football club which plays in the Liga de Fútbol de Vassfforcia (LFV).


History

The Caballos Salvajes de Montaura F. C. is one of the oldest clubs in Vassfforcia. It was founded on 1899, the same year as the Umperia Knights with whom they founded the first Vassfforcian amateur football league on 1901. Then, when the league was profesionalized on 1908 they entered into the LFV with the support of the Montajìque Patrician House and since then they have been rivals of the Vaqueros de Plenfia (supported by the Montajìque do Sul). Their last two championships were on 2002 and 2003.

Tactics

They play with a 4-3-3 formation and are a mostly deffensive team; however, when they need extra offensive power thay change to a 4-2-4 formation.
