Cainia is a nation of priests, soldiers, and martyrs, often all contained in the same human body.

The entire nation can be seen as a nation-machine. One huge clockwork behemoth, fighting for righteousness and expansion of True humankind. There are four kinds of people in Cainia:

1. Paladins, the holy warrior/priests. They fight and die to protect Cainia, the People, and their Faith. The lower ranks perform the more simple work, and they rotate those who perform the mundane work.

2. Priests, They are members of the Cainiite military as well, but as chaplains and administrators. They perform rites of battle and other types.

3. Administratii, those who are actual members of government. Performing paperwork inside and outside the military. They have lots of power, but no member of the Administratus has no been in the military as well, one must serve there to serve the as government administrators.

4. Civil Corpus, the civilians and those who are not in the government or military. They are not considered enfranchised, so they cannot vote. They are monitored at random hours through closed circuit cameras both public and "private".

The entire nation is a city, with farming highly mechanized. Soy food is provided by the government at no cost. Food tends to be simple, as the spartan culture frowns upon extravagant food, and obesity is a crime punishable by death. The military enforces a massive fitness program, and benefits exist for those who maintain a level of fitness as advised by their chaplain. If one goes in a certain direction of unfitness, punishment is in order and brutually enforced.

The economy is totally controlled by the government, with housing and all essentials provided by the government, but only to those in the military. Different sectors of land exist for different areas of the economy. All civilians live in quarters placed in their sector of economy, these sectors are constantly monitored.

Crime is low, with most crime being uncommon. Violent crime is the most common, but still uncommon as a whole. Besides death, the only other punishment is public flogging, after two crimes, death is the only sentence. After being flogged one is listed to be moved to a prison sector, where many more guards are posted then usual, and where ones life is literally completely controlled for a six months per strike by the flogger. Each crime has its own number of floggings received.
