Calanian Bedistan

Calanian Bedistan, sometimes archaically known as Mainland Bedistan, is defined as the part of Bedistan on the continent of Calania, north of the unnamed waterway that connects the Aethyrea Channel with the Crystilakere Channel. It contains twenty-one of Bedistan's thirty-three provinces, as well as the Federal District. The portion south of the waterway that borders Nedalia and Bettia, though still "mainland" in the general sense of the word, is nevertheless part of a separate continent (Verdena), and is typically referred to as the Deep South. The vast majority of Bedistan's population lives in Calanian Bedistan.
