Introduction
The Federal Republic of Canada was founded on July 1, 1983 after the failure of the Constitution Act of 1982 piloted by Prime Minister Pierre E. Trudeau. The Federal Republic of Canada consisted of the Western Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
