Cap Pachino primarily serves as the AwalKB Representative in The Eurasian Republic, there he expresses old ideas, although not practiced within his own nation, but rights upon which he wishes to enjoy within the Republic. He fights for basic human rights, primarily of which is the Freedom of Speech, as well as to create a more suitable government with a proper form of checks and balances, so that no one nation can have more power than another without being rightfully elected so.
