NS Caribbean Community
The Caribbean Community and Common Market or CARICOM was established by the Treaty of Puerto Rico State which came into effect on February 21, 2006. The first four signatories were British Virgin Islands, Saint Vincent and Grenadines,the Zombie Horde representing Cayman Islands. CARICOM was established to help the communication channels between 30 regions of the Caribbean, with a presedency that will be lead by Alphabetic orders for a month each.
