Carlito Orfosi

Lord Carlito Orfosi is the hot-tempered Minister of Defence who makes up part of Tiberius Starblayde's Council. Though Tiberius' father, Saevion, commanded ultimate respect from Lord Orfosi, the current Lord-Protector finds it much more difficult to control him, keeping the Minister on a tight leash and often reminding him just who is in control.

Formerly an unremarkable suplly truck driver in the Starblaydi Army, Orfosi's 'military experience' led him to be named on Saevion's Council, and retained by Tiberius.
