Casa dell'Unione is to the Austar Union, what the White House is to America.

Set aside since the formation of the Union, Casa dell'Unione actually rests on the very land where General Robert Styx has believed to have fallen, and died. Styx is particularly important, because it was his death during the famous "Anatoba is Burning" Battle which led to the realization that the former un-united territories could not sustain a formidable presense in the world alone, and individually. With a combined population of five million to begin with, those in command had declared a cease-fire, of which eventually the Treaty of Union and Independance was produced, signed, and left to history. In the meantime, it was to General Styx' memory and grace that the nation's Statehouse would be dedicated, whereby it had been decided to build such a facility on said land.

Originally named 'Styx House', it was later renamed to Casa dell'Unione after a latter member of the Styx family had been declared bankrupt, and arrested for tax evasion. It was thought to avoid certain confusion, the House would be changed to what would be translated in English; "House of the Union". A memorial statue still exists in the First Table Gardens, however, in the form of General Robert Styx remembered and posing in the "Battle Charge" position, left hand holding a book entitled "Treaty of Union and Independance", and right hand holding a sword pointed to exactly the ten 'o clock position.

Ten 'o Clock is the time when the Signatories gathered to sign the founding treaty.

Within context to the rest of Anatoba City, Casa dell'Unione rests just North-East of the capital's central district, as does most of the central government's array of property--with only exception to the former Ministry of Workplace Relations, which lies just slightly to the west.
