Celack is right now one of the largest nations on NS as well as being one of the oldest. IC the nation is Also very old, as it is reaching it's 5000th aniversery of it's formation. The player rarely has time for rp's but does occasionally write them, but only when A. He has no work at the moment, b. He has no homework at the moment. and C, he's in the mood. Cheap jewelery will not get him the mood to rp BTW.He is a member of the council of tweleve in Nato and one of the Defacto leaders. He is also invovled wiht the region of "power", and is the most powerful nation there with a population double that of the next closest.
