Ceorana Emergency Workforce

The Ceorana Emergency Workforce or CEW is Ceorana's military, although Ceorana is generally not inclined to take up arms. On the same token, the main duties of the CEW are disaster relief and international peacekeeping projects.

Charter

The CEW was created by the Congress of Ceorana for the following purposes:

1. To perform time-sensitive labor and services. The CEW is Ceorana's best defense against disasters that the government has little or no advance notice of.
2. To perform peacekeeping missions in other nations. The CEW can assist other postwar nations.
3. To keep Ceorana safe and secure. The CEW has the responsibility of being a military.

Leadership

The CEW is divided into various units:

• Squad: Each squad is a single-purpose unit of 6 members: 4 general workers including a a Deputy Squad Lead (SFMN - SGT) Squad Lead (SGT or SSG), an Executive Officer (SSG or MSG) and a Commanding Officer (SSG or MSG). Squads come in 10 types: diplomacy, police, construction, transportation, medical, response, navy, army, air force and patrol squads.
• Team: Teams consist of three to six squads and are commanded by a Lieutenant or Senior Lieutenant. Teams are still single-purpose, and consist of only like squads.
• Group: A group is a group of three to six teams, all with the same purpose. A group is commanded by a Captain.
• Corps: A corps is the most important division of the CEW, because it is the lowest-level group that operates independently. It consists of 12 - 100 groups. Corps have various purposes and different combinations of groups.
• Force: The entire CEW consists of some upper-level strategic and staff members. A panel of the three top Senior Commanders form the Command Panel, the top authority on the CEW, although they are below the civilian government in power. There are also commanders for different areas and missions.
