Ceoranan immigration policy is the section of Ceoranan law that governs how citizens of other nations are allowed into Ceoranan territory.

National Classifications and Entrance Policies

Ceorana divides known nations into seven categories, each governed by one part of Ceoranan laws. Citizens of different leveled countries are allowed to obtain different visas.

Classification Requirements Description Nations
Level One This is reserved for nations on especially good terms with Ceorana. Citizens of nations in this group are allowed to enter Ceorana with any nationally certified identification. Visas are not required. Mikitivity, Antrium, Fonzoland, Lloegr-Cymru, Baranxtu, Stolidia
Level Two This is for nations that are on very good terms with Ceorana and have shown no signs of aggression towards Ceorana. Citizens of nations in this group may enter Ceorana with any nationally certified identification that has also been approved by the Ceorana Department of State or a passport. Visas are required but automatic except for stays over 18 months, and the maximum length of a visa is 24 months. In other words, anyone traveling abroad must state how long they plan to stay in Ceorana. Ausserland
Level Three This level contains nations who have friendly relations with Ceorana, but not necessarily very strong ones. Most nations in the International Democratic Union are in this category. Citizens of nations in this group may enter Ceorana with a nationally certified identification that has been approved by the Ceorana Department of State or a passport. Visas are required, and the maximum visa length is twelve months, with a renewal period of one month. Visas are processed in one month. All nations in the IDU with the exception of those listed elsewhere
Level Four This is the starting level for nations who have no positive or negative relationship with Ceorana. This includes most nations who are outside of the International Democratic Union. Citizens of nations in this group may enter Ceorana with a passport cleared by the Ceorana Department of State. Visas are required, with a maximum length of six months. Visas and renewals are processed in one month. All nations not listed
Level Five This is the starting level for nations with an extraordinarily large military force, and also nations who have shown negative feelings towards Ceorana or whose policies do not go over well with Ceorana. Citizens of these nations may enter Ceorana with a passport cleared by the Ceorana Department of State. Visas have a maximum length of 12 weeks, with a processing time of one month. Visa extensions are available with a processing time of one month None at this time
Level Six This is a level for nations who have small numbers of weapons pointed at Ceorana or one of its allies or are cited as a threat to Ceorana's national security, or else have extremely bad relations with the nation. Citizens are welcome, but must undergo stricter security. Citizens of these nations may enter Ceorana with a Ceorana Department of State-approved passport and a two month visa to one of the four areas of Ceorana. Visas are not elgible for renewal, and the processing time of two months. None at this time
Level Seven This is a level for nations who have shown aggression towards Ceorana or one of it's allies or are cited as a high-level threat to Ceorana's national security. Citizens are not welcome except in extraordinary circumstances. Travel to and from Ceorana is banned except with specific permission from the Ceorana Secretary of State, who may issue an Executive Visa, or in cases where a person is trying to escape the Level Seven government and seek political asylum or general relief in Ceorana. Citizenship

To become a citizen of Ceorana, a person must:

  • Be a citizen of a nation classed as Level Five, Four, Three, Two, or One and have obtained a Residential Visa, or do not have legal citizenship anywhere.
  • Have resided in Ceorana for a period of years equal to double their country of current citizenship's level classification. If the person has involuntarily lost their citizenship, they must have been inside Ceorana for a period of one year. If the person has voluntarily lost their citizenship, they must have been inside Ceorana for a period of four years. In unclear cases, the matter is referred to the Ceorana Department of State.
  • Pass a quiz on basic Ceoranan laws and values.
  • Be approved by the Ceorana Department of State (fairly automatic with a background check).
