Chairman Benjamin Nikbaki
has been the leader of Great Soviets Republic since 1991 he led the Great War Of Great Soviets Republic (the other name is The Great Independence War) He was Interim New Red Army Leader after Lt Gen Oleg Dogena died 22nd October 2006-11 January 2007
