The Right Honorable Charles Allenby, MRC (born 27 August 1819) was the eighth Prime Minister of Hamptonshire. He is credited with developing modern liberal and conservative politics in the Grand Duchy of Hamptonshire. Charles Allenby is consistently ranked by Hamptonians as the greatest Prime Minister and amongst the top five Hamptonians of all time.

He was born in 1819 to Martha Allenby (née Anderton) and then President of the Royal Congress Erik Allenby in Seaburg, Hamptonshire. Chuck, as he was known to friends and family, grew up in Hamptonshire City along with his identical twin brother George, younger brother and Tenatura founder Alexander and youngest brother Jefferson. From his earliest days Charles was pushed by his demanding father to become a statesman. Charles, however, found the study of ancient and modern philosophers to be more attractive. It was his understanding of philosophical thought and methods that would later allow him to craft what would become modern Hamptonian political thought.
