Charter of the Southeast European Free Economies
Articles of Membership
Article 1 - Any state may apply for membership.
Article 2 - Approval of an applicant will be based upon a poll of all member states. Applicants must be approved of by at least two-thirds of all member states.
Article 3 - Each member state is obligated to eliminate all trade barriers between itself and all other member states.
Article 4 - Each member state is obligated to pursue a laizess faire economic policy.
Article 5 - There are no restrictions on taxation.
Article 6 - Member states found to be violating Article 3, Article 4, or both articles are subject to expulsion. Approval of expulsion will be based on a poll of all member states excepting the alleged violator. Expulsion must be approved by at least two-thirds of all member states polled.
Article 7 - Amendments to the Articles of Membership may be submitted by any member state. Approval of amendment will be based on a poll of all member states. Amendment must be approved by at least three-fourths of all member states.
