Cherry Ridge

Cherry Ridge began as a Fuedal lordship. Ruled by a Baron, it gained its independance at the end of the middle ages, and became a Grand Duchy. The Last Grand Duke, Grand Duke DeVito, was murdered by General DeVito, his atheist cousin. A young priest, Father DeVito, the late Grand DUke's, and the Generals cousin, led a revolt. He successfully won the revolt. The Vatican then made him the Archbishop of Cherry Ridge, and crowned him ruler of Cherry Ridge, by the grace of God. He is our current leader, and has since been promoted to Cardinal.
The First region CR was in was Crossman prime.The then Archbishop was on the grand council. Cardinal DeVito was stabbed in the back by the other regionmen. CR made its rounds in other regions, none too long worth mentioning. He became Chief of Region of Holy Roman CHurch beiefly. Cherry Ridge is currently in Greater Prussia.
