Cholmestay

Western Province is located near Thuvia in the Community of Sober Thought. It may be renamed Cholm or Cholmestay. At 9.9% of the national population, it has the fourth largest number of residents in the country. English is its official language, but French has some protection in the most rural municipality.

It has twin metropoleis, as yet unnamed but each with ~3% of the national population. The other four chartered municipalities in the province are all styled counties: Krasna 0.8%, Bela 0.6%, Cerna 0.5% and Pontloue 0.5%.

Western Province is religiously, socially and political conservative.
