City Centre is the official and political capital of Liverpool England. Its population is a whopping 604 million, making it the second-largest inhabited city in the nation behind Orean (841 million).

The Government is based here, and Parliament House is off 3rd Street, just 11 miles from the International Airport. Mainly English is used in the city, but one can hear a bit of German, mainly due to the close proximity to the majority German-speaking Stadt Nicht Ruhrend (327 million) city.
